Adviser and others welcomed in the New Year on-stage. Midnight arrived and a spectacular fireworks display took place, complemented by many other displays taking place around the City which lit up the Pattaya Sky.
Thousand of local residents along with Thai and Foreign Tourists converged on the Bali Hai Port at the South End of Pattaya Beach to bid farewell to 2007 and welcome the start of a New Year. Walking Street was extremely busy, although some bars reported poor trade.
